All orders are processed in the order they are received unless the purchaser has requested a future ship date. Most orders will be shipped out the day the order is received or the following business day. However, please allow enough time for us to process the order, taking into account that there may be several orders ahead of yours, of varying sizes.
Secure Online Ordering
All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our basket pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your basket plus shipping and handling within the continental United States and tax (if applicable). If you need to ship outside the USA, additional fees will apply. Each international shipment is figured up separately, due to the wide varience in costs, depending on where it is going. If you place the order online, we will email you with your shipping charges and your new total for your approval. No international shipments are sent out without sender's approval of new shipping rate.
After your basket has been shipped, we will also email you with invoice confirmation and package tracking information. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet, call 1-866-403-4438 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. When sending us a personal check, we will confirm your order by email and let you know where to send your check. Your basket order will then be shipped upon payment receipt.
Shipping and Handling
Baskets delivered within the continental United States are shipped via UPS ground service, Monday through Thursday--not including holidays--unless you choose otherwise. NOTE: This map is based on UPS ground transportation schedules. FOB Orlando, Florida. To avoid delayed deliveries and re-delivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Due to the bulky nature of gift baskets, UPS determines their shipping fees based on size not weight. Therefore, the following rates apply to UPS Ground Packages--
- Up to $34.95 = $13.00 S/H
- $35.00-$49.95=$14.00 S/H
- $50.00-$74.95=$15.00 S/H
- $75.00-$99.95=$16.00 S/H
- $100.00-$124.95=$18.00 S/H
- $125.00-$149.95=$20.00 S/H
- $150.00-$174.95=$22.00 S/H
- $175.00-$200.00=$25.00 S/H
Special handling fees may apply to oversized items.
Local delivery fees range from $4.95 to $15.00 depending on address (per location).
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address.
