Giftbasket Gallery Company Policies
All baskets are made fresh when you order! This allows us to customize the baskets to your needs and those of the recipients. If you want us to adjust the contents of a basket, please feel free to make a comment in the "Notes" section of the order form.
All orders are processed in the order they are received unless the purchaser has requested a future ship date. Most small orders will be shipped out the day the order is received or the following business day. However, please allow enough time for us to process the order, taking into account that there may be several orders ahead of yours, of varying sizes.
Larger orders will take additional time to process. How long depends on the quantity and style. If time is an issue, please feel free to call us, toll-free, at 1-407-648-0034 to discuss the turn-around time required.
Secure Online Ordering
All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our basket pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your basket plus shipping & handling within the continental United States and tax (if applicable). If you need to ship outside the USA, additional fees will apply .
After your basket has been shipped, we will also email you with invoice confirmation and package tracking information. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet, call 1-407-648-0034 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. When sending us a personal check, we will confirm your order by email and let you know where to send your check. Your basket order will then be shipped upon payment receipt.
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value, if we are out of a product listed.
We do not ship chocolate in warm weather so other products will be substituted for them. We also do not ship candles in the summer.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please call us within 3 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
In the event your basket should arrive damaged, we will replace the basket at no additional expense to you. If the gift is damaged in shipping, we need you to save the contents and all packaging materials as they will be required by the shipper.
Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient / buyer. You must call us in advance to get an authorization number for the return. All items must be returned in the original packaging materials. Credit will not be issued until we receive the return.
No refunds or cancellations allowed if we have purchased items specifically for custom baskets, such as fruit or custom toys.
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds, credits or exchanges if a selection does not appeal to one's palate. But you can rest assured that we take great care in selecting items that are high quality and very tasty for the pleasure of the recipients!
In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address.
