Turn Around Time
Imprinting of ribbon takes 7 - 10 plus shipping time. If a custom plate is ordered, an additional 10 - 12 days is required for the die to be completed.
Plate Charges
If you need a logo plate made for your company, there is a one-time charge of $65.00 for the creation of the plate. Logos that need to be sized or altered will also be subject to a $10.00 artwork fee. This cost is in addition to the cost to imprint your ribbon. You must provide original (NO FAX) artwork in black and white and allow a minimum 10-12 days for all custom dies/logos to be completed and an additional 7 to 10 days for order to be shipped. Before custom work is started, a permission release form must be signed and on file before any logo is duplicated for the purpose of imprinting. All artwork (logo) must be in black and white and mailed as a "slick" or emailed in a TIFF or PDF format
Cancellations for custom dies/logos must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations after that period will not be accepted and charges for the custom dies/logos will be made. All custom dies/logos will be kept for a period of 2 years for reorders to be made. After 2 years the custom dies/logos will be returned to you.
Please note, some logos are not always suitable for ribbon imprinting
